Welcome to Naughtybits.eu
All efforts are made to ensure you receive your products on time, but should we not have a particular product in stock, it may take one or two days longer to deliver.
We hope you have great fun with your adult product ordered from naughtybits.eu. If your product is defective please reutrn it to the address below (provided you have complied with the returns policy below) and we will exchange it or send you a refund. Please quote your name, address, telephone number, date of purchase, and order number with the returned product.
Returns Policy
We accept returns provided they are still in original condition i.e. unworn & unused and in the original packaging.
Clothing products to be returned must not smell e.g. smoke, perfume etc.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with all labels, protective packaging etc. still intact, as we cannot sell products again once they have been worn or used.
We can offer a replacement product or refund, less the Postage charge.
Failure to comply with these conditions will result in your exchange/refund being declined.
